Hurricane Milton was relentless, sticking around longer than expected and leaving much of the state without power for an extended period. As a result, even the backups powering our network began to run low. But that didn’t stop us.
 
As soon as it was safe, our technicians were already on the move, driving through service areas with generators and gas cans, working tirelessly to keep the network online. Now, every department at Wire 3 is focused on restoring full connectivity to all customers.We appreciate everyone who’s been patient with us and reached out to customer service for assistance. I lost my modem but thought it was just a big outage due to the hurricane (lots of flooding). I called up really late at night and a person answered, knew what he was talking about and had a tech out the next day (today) to swap my box. I couldn't have gotten service like that with other providers when it was the nicest of days out.
